Hey Petko,
May i ask which forex broker you recommend when it comes to demo testing?
Usually i see that most demo account expires after 30 days, and i have asked for unlimted time, but they would only give me very few of them, while i need much more for my testing.
Would love to hear back from you.
Thanks
riuzkParticipantHey Richard,
Awesome project you have ongoing.
Any update on regarding the progress? Have you been trying to testing this out with an live account?
Thanks.
riuzkParticipantThanks Petko for you explanation, im guessing you focus more on profit factor with counts of trades.
Many of my running EA’s has bigger SL than TP, but i see sometimes my EA studio find a strategy that have SL on 150 pip and TP 10 pip, these are some strategy i tend to ignore. Because sometimes i have 15 winning trades in a row and 1 loss that takes you back to breakeven. What kind of experience do you have with these strategy Pekto?
riuzkParticipant“EA Studio taught me not to look for a smaller SL than the TP. This is an old trading rule that was never proved to me.”
Petko, would you please explain abit more on this?
riuzkParticipantHello Haliffa,
Reason why i was asking about risk/reward ratio is because many of the strategys i get, often has bigger SL than TP but has great Profit Factor according to EA studio. But i wanted to aim more for example: risk 10$ to make 20$, which criteria should i focus on then?
riuzkParticipantHello friends,
Are there any Risk/reward ratio in the Acceptance criteria on Ea Studio
Thanks

riuzkParticipantHey Pete,
Yes, same currency pairs, same time frames, same acceptance criteria, same EA studio settings
riuzkParticipantSo after been playing with EA studio for some weeks, i wanted give FSB pro a try. And i got quite surprised how different they are, first thing i was looking for was: “where is the reactor tab” or “so how can i collect all these ea’s into with one ea, only to find out that you can only export them one by one”.
I notice it was not so efficient like EA studio, where you can toggle at some button and click on generate, BAM and you have 100’s of great ea’s. But the really thing i liked about FSB pro was the indepth adjustment/settings you can do, to create more precise ea’s. But i see i need to spent more time on FSB pro, hopefully they will soon let us move ea’s from fsb pro and ea studio vice versa.
Anyhow, somebody who have great experience/result with FSB pro (motivation)
riuzkParticipantHello Sharapova,
Thanks for replying, yeah i also found out that FSB pro had these settings but havent been playing so much around with FSB pro at the moment, currently i have only been playing with EA studio, since its fast and efficient. I see FSB pro is abit more detailed, and you could really make good strategy with this if you put much time and effort into it (im working on it), but right now im trying to find the hidden gems in EA studio, trying to test most of the settings there, that is why i wanted to ask about select specific trading days.
Stop the ea is not an option since im runing a few of them and i need to turn them on and off daily, and if i miss a day, it can mess up with the result.
Seems like my only option here is to immigrate more to FSB pro, thanks.July 23, 2019 at 23:41 in reply to: Amazing results with a Portfolio Expert Advisor for EURUSD #16738riuzkParticipantHey Andi,
