Hey Gregor,
By setup, I mean like the top 3, top 5 etc. You do not need to test them forever, you just need to test them until you see profitability and it seems that from what I see in the screenshot below, there is some profitability so if that continues, you could see on live account how it goes with a small amount!
Kind Regards,
NikosNikosModeratorHey WassB,
Sorry for the late reply.
So, after the experience we had with FTMO, we decided to remove the data from EA Studio.
Kind Regards,
NikosNikosModeratorHey Setra,
Can you please send me a screenshot of the platform and with the settings?
Kind Regards,
NikosNikosModeratorHey Ahmed,
Can you explain more on that?
Can you show some screenshots if you have with the results so that I can assist you better?
Kind Regards,
NikosNikosModeratorYou can use our Prop Firm Robots if you want but definitely that is not a recommendation.
You can also see how the robots that we are testing on challenges here:
With that you can see what robots are doing well for us!
Kind Regards,
NikosNikosModeratorHey Skeltor,
Actually, you just need to setup the robots correctly in order for the robots to take trades. If you used the robots in MT4, you just had to see if there was a smiley face on the top right corner which shows that the robots are up and running but if it was in MT5 you just needed to see a hat turning blue which shows that the EAs work.
You can use our top 10 EAs for Prop Firms but it’s better if you use our Prop Firm Robots if you are planning to trade on a prop firm.

NikosNikosModeratorHey Stephen,
About the Darwinex account, since it does not have a drawdown rule and even if you lose a big amount, you can still trade, it’s best that you try to get in profit with another strategy.
That is what I would say but it’s up to you how you want to proceed.
Kind Regards,
NikosNikosModeratorHey Jeremiah,
I believe 5-10k is more than enough as you will be more safe, actually if they are just forex pairs.
If you plan to trade metals, like Gold, Silver etc., I think it’s better to have a bigger account if you want to trade with this lot size as the account can be blown easily if things go wrong.
Kind Regards,
NikosNikosModeratorHey majorone,
We cannot guarantee passing a challenge with our robots but if you adjust them correctly, you will have chances of passing a challenge.
Kind Regards,
NikosNikosModeratorHey Dani,
Thank you for the screenshot!
I see that the inputs are correct. Though, do you remember for what currency pair was the news when you saw that the trades did not close before the news?
Kind Regards,
NikosNikosModeratorHey Adam,
The EA should appear in the app if it still exists. If it’s an old strategy, I cannot say 100% if it will appear.
Kind Regards,
NikosNikosModeratorHey Gregor,
I see what you mean but please keep in mind that any robot that you will try, cannot bring profits all the time. It’s the same case with these robots, they are winning and losing periods.
It’s good that you are testing them in demo as this is what we always recommend before putting the robots in a real account and the reason for that is so that you can test different setups that might be profitable for you.
What I would say here is to keep testing the robots until you have found a good setup that is profitable.

NikosNikosModeratorHey timaddamz,
From what I can understand is that this might be happening as the historical data is set to GMT +0 by default and probably this is the reason you see the difference.
Kind Regards,
NikosNikosModeratorHey Dani,
I see what you mean but can you please provide a screenshot of the settings that you have at the News Priority section?
Kind Regards,
NikosNikosModeratorHey Adam,
Unfortunately, I cannot make it available, it has to appear in the app.
Kind Regards,
Nikos
