Hey Petko, I just completed the new course at it was fantastic again. I admire your professional way of teaching.
All of the trading courses are very valuable! I went over all of them 3 times, and in each one there is a lot to learn.
Petko is one of a kind trader and mentor. Before reaching to the Academy I had a bad experience with many brokers, expensive courses from brokers and some paid social groups which were useless.
I was more than happy when I found Petko’s course, EA Studio, and FSB Pro. This is really a professional staff and everyone who is already a student in here knows that.
I think all of them find ways to profit the accounts when traders lose. Anyway, where the money goes?

Hello Jacpin, yes Petko mentions that at one of the recent courses that it is important to place the EA on live when it is on its winning phase. It makes so much sense.
I always feel like: “OK, that’s it! I know what I have to do now!” and then something new comes up, something I did not think about or I missed 🙂

I use the OOS now all the time. I went a few times over this lecture and really liked the method. It saves time for Demo testing. Unfortunately I am not brave enough to skip Demo, so I test still there.

Thank you so much for making this so clear. I see that you are very strict in your testing which is absolutely respectful.
I like that you look at the recent trades. I also do. I avoid placing EAs which equity line goes down at the end after the generation. But it is not really strict and precise to look at the chart. Probably the number of trades is the better solution.
Anyway, I watched many times the OOS update from Petko and it is just great. I am sorry that I did not use it so far.
Yes, that is right. Anyway, the brokers are meant to benefit from the spread, not when the traders lose. So with the new regulations(and hopefully with more), they will start doing what they are meant to do.
As far as I understand the whole picture now, the bigger the leverage is, the higher the risk takes the trader, which means more profits for the broker, right?

Wonderful course again! I did not know about the Walk Forward in EA Studio. I saw it is there but had no idea how to use it.
Now I know one more tip to avoid the over-optimized strategies which is great.!
