I agree that there should be beginner trading courses. When I was starting with Forex I have spent so much time to read books and find some videos. You place it all sistematically and without any unnecessary theory, which is very useful.
Anyway I do not miss any course of yours. I watched the new trading course for Meta Trader. For me it was very useful to watch the lectures with the indicators. I have been using most of them with EA Studio and FSB Pro but now I have much better idea about each one. And of course, the 3 EA are already trading 🙂
Petko, I found some awesome EAs with your updates this month. This R-squared has improved the EAs I guess?
Hey Edu, same as what Jacpin said. Some brokers allow 1 lot as minimum trading lot. This requires big account.
Generate couple of EA on sp500 and place them on A big Demo account and you will get better idea.
But if your broker allows 1 lot as minimum you better place the same in EA studio.
Indexes are measured in currency just like gold and oil.

when you export the Historical data with the script, just always leave it to 0. It will round it to the first higher rounded number.
This way you will have more skeptical strategies generated with a higher spread, and you will do the actual trading/testing with the lower spread of the broker.

The function of the trading session works well, I have tested it many times. I think you might be missing something
As Pekto said that tools are general. This means you need to Export the EAs with the changes in tools. For example, if you have ticked the Close at Friday close option, it will not affect the EAs you already exported. You need to re-export them again.
Also, if you have ticked the Close at Friday close the trades will close just before the sessions end with your broker on Friday. Not after Friday.

better to generate more strategies and than filter them in the Collection.
The generator shows different and unique strategies all the time, so you really can not predict what it will show in 100%.
That is why you better give it a little bit more space, and than you just filter the strategies you want to have using the filters in the collection.

thanks for sharing your trading portfolio. Quite interesting choice of pairs. You placed more pressure on USD, as you have it with 3 out of the 4 currency pairs.

Same with me. the generators work all the time. This is the only way. Actually, when I started with EA Studio and FBS Pro I had just a laptop. Now I have 2 laptops and desktop and the generators work everywhere.
I am thinking of taking the third license for FSB Pro, so I can run it on the three machines.
It is really about how you will organize your time. But having the right pieces of software, you need to organize.

Most people struggle a lot before getting to the right place. And for me, EA Forex Academy with Petko Aleksandrov is the right place.
Absolutely, the Forex online courses are great just because they are only and you can learn while you are going to work. I normally just listen to the videos, and even I do not look at the screen while I am driving to work, I get a lot of information because Pekto shares all the time key points.
And all the Forex online courses Petko has done are coming from his experience, which makes them such good courses.
