I do keep trading with the smallest lot too. When I succeed to generate new EA and it goes over the Demo, I just add it to the portfolio. It is indeed the easier system, Violet.
Looking for the Walk forward explanations, Petko. I am not using it till now, and I am sure if it is in EA Studio, it is important.
R-squared is a really great feature because it makes the strategy smooth. I implemented it in my portfolio. I filtered all the strategies that I was trading on live, I removed the ones that have R – squared below 60.
For me, EA Studio is the only was nowadays that a trader can have profits with Expert Advisors. All the rest is scam and illusion.
Me too, Petko! If a trader uses small leverage but puts all the money into trades, that is still very risky.
I prefer to use small values for SL and TP. This way trades close faster and I feel that I control more the account. If I need to pause the trading or change some EA, I do not need to wait long time for opened trades to close.

but I would be happy to see some more courses on FSB Pro. 🙂

The becktest equals to In Sample + Out of Sample part. If you place only r-squared to the complete backrest, I think this might lead to strategies that will have lower backtest value to the out of sample because it is very small as 10%. However, I understand your point, and I am sure Petko will give better answer.
I think Forex Software LTD with Mr. Popor are so good in what they do, so even someone invents something new and different, they will immediately add it to EA Studio and FSB Pro, so we will have it too as function.
