Waiting for the new EAs, this month I was totally lost, traveled, changed a computer, restarted few times, couldn’t organize myself 🙁
As far as I understood from the new trading course, when the Walk Forward ends with a better result, that the strategy is not over-optimized.
Hey guys, it does not really mean how it is calculated. I know that it is a ratio between winning trades and losing trades 🙂
But if your SL and TP are different(and they are) this will mean that these criteria could be misleading.
For example, if you have SL 2 times bigger then the TP, it will mean that one negative trade will equal to 2 positive trades. And it will be different for any strategy…

I always get better results when generating strategies for the major pairs. I try to generate strategies for the cross pairs, but I do not see what I want to see…
When you use higher leverage you can trade bigger number of EAs or bigger lots. But the leverage has nothing to do with the performance of the Experts.

from which broker did you download the platform?
Guys, just to share something (again Petko was correct but I did not listen).
I kept the Forex VPS for some of my accounts and I notice that the trades were not opening at the beginning of the bars. I saw there was lagging..I connected my broker and asked them what is the reason, they said it is from the EAs.
I compared the very same EAs trading on my personal computer and the ones on the Forex VPS and guess what?
no lagging with my computer, only on the VPS…
now I will look for VPS that is not coming from any broker, or I will buy another machine. The problem is thatI have already 9 platforms, and I need extra machine…anyway I will solve it, but once again, do not depend on the Forex VPS that your broker will offer you.

I am waiting for the course because I do not understand the idea of walk forward validation, and that is why I still do not use it in the Reactor.

I would still put the March EAs to test on Demo and see what I can get out of them.
with every month Updates I get more than 10 EAs that trade will according to my risk tolerance.
As said I tested the OOS, and it worked just really great for me. The strategies are stable, they pass the robustness tests, and now I am on a nice profit on the Demo account, so I am sure that most of the EAs will go to my live trading portfolio.
