I have received the e mail from Trading academy that my money refunded. and where can I take my money ? or it will be sent to my visa card ?

I have 200k challange from the FTMO ) it seems everything ok but I wonder why they are not trading. I installed robot to my accaunt just like you said on youtube.

i did the robots setup as shown in the video but the robot is doesn’t trade
