      hi there..

       

      i have just loaded a a blackbull $100 demo account on an MT5 platform.

      i have applied the EAs  and its been 4 hours and its not placing any trades.

      should i be concerned or is this normal

      Hi Tsholo,

       

      A $100 is a very small account. The EAs were created and optimised with settings for a $10 000 account. I would suggest opening another account, or if you can, add additional funds to your existing account, to at least $1000, and adjust your lot sizes in the properties of the EA from 0.1 to 0.01.

      How often are the 5 EAs updated?

      How and from where do I download the updated ones?

      Hi Tsholo,

       

      The EAs get updated monthly, generally. They will always be attached to the same lecture. Check back in during the first week of each month. Please note though, that if the EAs are still performing well, we do not update them.

      i was to have a one on one meeting with you yesterday to discuss my trading strategy.

      unfortunately i have not had power for the last three days and all my devices were off.

      i also could not get a hold of you to communicate my dilemma.

      hi Guys

      is it okay to close some of the trades manually myself, when im satisfied with what the expert has done, or will this affect the settings of the EA.

      Hey Tsholo,

       

      My apologies. I missed your question above.

       

      You can close the trades manually whenever you wish. It won’t affect the functionality of the EAs. They will continue to open and close trades as long as Auto Trading is enabled and they are attached to the chart/s.
